Adding & Deleting CC Field for Tickets in Customer Portal

Click on the "Add people" buttom at the top of the open ticket

To add an email or multiple emails, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3

1. Enter the email address
2. Click on the email address that shows below to confirm
3. Click "Add" to save




To delete an email or multiple emails

1. Click the "x" beside an email to remove it

2. Click "Add" to save
