If you are a new user, you should have another email in your inbox with the subject "recoveryforce user activation" where you can activate your account and set the password.


Please log into your customer portal and update your contact details (ie, phone & shipping address)


The next stop for you is to get your failed media to our lab for the assessment.  You are welcome to hand deliver your project to our lab in person during our business hours or, for those who aren't close by, please ship your drive(s) to:

If shipping from outside of Canada, please be sure to specifiy that you are sending it in for service/repair with a $10 value on the commercial invoice required with the shipping documents. All import fees to receive your drive will be billed back to you.
